Selecting the right gas spring is easy with the DME spring selection wizard that takes the input from every unique request to guide customers to the right selection of gas springs. Fully compatible with the DME E-shop search engine, customers can easily identify the product(s) needed for every application.
Depending on the parameters provided (ex., initial force, rod, etc.) customers can slide the gauges of the wizard to the range required. The five gauges can be changed simultaneously.
Clicking ‘Search’ will guide customers to a new screen on which the system shows, for all applicable models, how many items fall within the chosen parameters are are ready to be ordered online!
The new product line enhancement consists of rod diameters 12 , 15, and 19 mm. They are pre-charged to four different forces and foreseen with colour codes for fast recognition. These items can be used to fit in die sets where the existing ISO springs are not sufficient and more power is needed.
